Fabricated stainless letters
Built-up stainless steel letterforms with folded returns. Sculptural, architectural, non-illuminated. The quiet luxury of signage.
Fabricated stainless letters are the upgrade from cut-sheet letters. Where a cut letter is a flat silhouette, a fabricated letter has depth and shadow — each letter is a small piece of metalwork with folded returns, TIG-welded seams, and a formed face.
This is the build we specify for donor walls, private estates, and heritage applications where the sign will be in place for a generation.
Finishes
- Brushed — directional grain, quietest finish, low glare. Ages gracefully.
- Polished mirror — high-gloss, dramatic under directional light. Shows fingerprints; best for elevated installations.
- Black — electrophoretic coating over stainless, not paint. Doesn’t chip, doesn’t fade.
- Rose-gold PVD — physical vapour deposition plating. Bright without being aggressive; hospitality-favourite.
Coastal note
For Vancouver Island or Sunshine Coast installations we switch to 316 grade stainless, which resists chloride corrosion from salt air. For Okanagan interior applications 304 is standard.
- Estate and residential gate signage

Halo-lit letters
Dimensional letters that glow from behind, casting a soft halo on the mounting wall. The premium illuminated letter standard.
Monument signs
Low-profile freestanding ground signs. Stone, CMU, or clad steel. The permanent identity piece at an entrance or driveway.
