For commercial

Storefronts, franchises, and commercial property signage.

Retail and commercial signage is a different discipline — brand standards, permit compliance, multi-location rollout logistics. We run these projects like construction jobs, because they are.

Detail

Commercial signage is about predictability. You need the sign up by the lease date. You need it to match the brand standards. You need it to pass permit and electrical inspection. You need it to not become a maintenance call on week two.

That’s what we deliver: predictable output from a disciplined process.

Typical projects

  • Single-location storefront: face-lit or halo-lit channel letters, optional blade sign, interior wayfinding, hours/hours-signs.
  • Multi-location franchise rollout: standardized brand package replicated across 3–12 locations, staged by opening date, with one project manager coordinating site-level variance.
  • Commercial property pylon: multi-tenant directory pylon at a strip mall or office park, with interchangeable tenant panels for future vacancy turnover.
  • Office lobby + wayfinding: reception wall signage, floor-level directory, suite number markers, ADA-compliant door signs.

What you get that you might not from a bigger sign shop

  • A named project manager from brief to install — not a ticketing queue.
  • Scale renders before fabrication.
  • Proper engineered drawings for permit submission.
  • Warranty that covers the fabrication AND the install, not just the parts.
Common questions

What people ask us first.

Can you handle a multi-location rollout?
Yes. We run staged installs across BC, typically coordinated with store openings or lease milestones. We handle site surveys, landlord approvals, and municipal permits for each location independently. For franchise groups, we maintain a brand standards file and reuse fabrication tooling across locations.
What's your lead time for a standard storefront sign?
Four to five weeks for channel letters or light boxes, brief to install. Pylon signs and monument installations run 6–10 weeks due to permit requirements. We can quote rush windows if you have a hard lease deadline.
Do you deal with commercial landlords and property managers?
Regularly. We produce the CAD drawings, electrical drawings, and structural load calculations that most commercial landlords require. For mall tenants, we work to the landlord's signage criteria manual.
Will you work with our architect or brand agency?
Preferred, actually. We'd rather execute a design system that already exists than invent one. Send us the brand guide, site drawings, and signage schedule — we'll quote from there.
