From a sketch to lit metal, in four steps.
Every project runs on the same rails. Brief, design, fabricate, install. Simple on paper. Disciplined in practice.
- 01
Brief & site
We start with your brand and your wall — not with a template. You share wordmarks, fonts, and references. We visit or photograph the install site, measure viewing distances, and document existing lighting conditions at day, dusk, and night.
OutputsBrief doc · Site photos · Measured wall drawing - 02
Design & scale mockup
CAD drawings of the sign in position, rendered at the actual install scale. Day, dusk, and night conditions. Sectional drawings showing LED placement and mounting. You approve a single final render before a piece of metal is cut.
OutputsScale renders · Section drawings · Spec sheet - 03
Fabrication
Precision metalwork and acrylic forming. UL-listed power supplies and LED modules chosen for colour temperature, lumen output, and longevity. Quality-checked twice before it leaves the shop — once at assembly, once at pre-ship.
OutputsFinished sign · QA log · Spare parts kit - 04
Install & warranty
Licensed install crew handles mounting, electrical connection, and compliance paperwork. After sign-off, we hand over a five-year warranty on illuminated components and a maintenance note for your property manager.
OutputsInstall · Electrical sign-off · 5-year warranty
Timeline honesty.
Most projects run four to six weeks from brief to install. Rush jobs can ship in two. Complex monument installations or multi-location retail rollouts run longer — we'll tell you before we commit.
What we won't do: quote a timeline we can't hit. Honest dates beat optimistic ones every time.
